I’m Henry Duncan, the director of TDF Employment Solution & Multi Services LLC.  In 2005, my wife and I established J & H Recruiting Agency in Montego Bay, where we proudly served over 50 resorts and country clubs across the United States.
Our journey led us to migrate to South Carolina, where we witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by seasonal businesses in maintaining a reliable workforce. Inspired by these experiences, we felt compelled to launch TDF Employment Solution to provide meaningful support and solutions.
